Shipping and returns

We deliver pallets of used carpet tiles in larger quantities on pallets all over the UK and ask that for smaller amounts (200 or less), you arrange to collect yourself as it’s not cost effective for us or you.

Delivery charges per pallet start at £47 depending on postcode – The max amount we can get on any one pallet depending on the thickness of the tile is 500/600.

There are exceptions when we will deliver top end tiles £2 or more in smaller quantities of 100 or more via our own vans.

RETURNS

Only A and B Grade tiles may be returned. Please be aware that WE WILL NOT refund the original shipping cost nor will we pay for the return costs of the tiles you are returning back to us (this is to be paid by the customer and will be the sole responsibility of the customer in assuring the tiles are returned back to us. Please ensure you use an insured courier because whilst in transit the tiles are your responsibility).

If you choose a replacement carpet tile – the cost of shipping the replacements tiles, will also be paid by the customer.

Should you want to return your tiles and you have a genuine reason to return them, we are happy to restock. There is a 20% restocking fee if it`s just because there was a change of heart.

C grade tiles are sold as seen and are explicitly stated as worn, flat, faded or in some cases need cleaning – hence why they are sold between 25p and 75p. C grade tiles are not refundable or returnable.
